The short version

HollaGirl runs live 1v1 video calls, free to start. This policy describes what data the service touches when you browse a public page, make a call, or hold an account. Browsing the public side — this page, the blog, how HollaGirl works — needs no account and asks for nothing personal.

Camera and microphone permission

Calls need your camera and microphone, and the browser is what asks you for them. The grant is yours to give and yours to withdraw at any point through the browser settings. No software lands on your device, and calls stay between two people — no rooms, no broadcasts.

Data the service runs on

Keeping a site alive takes some technical data: rough device and browser information, server logs with IP addresses and timestamps, and usage patterns across the pages. Optional accounts store what you type into them. Coin purchases go through outside payment processors, so full card details never reach us.

Cookies and similar tech

Cookies keep sessions alive, remember settings, and tell us which pages people actually read. Some are required for the site to function; the measurement kind stays anonymous. Browsers let you refuse or erase cookies — expect a few things to break if you block the required ones.

Moderation and reports

A report or a block can pull session context into a moderation review, so the team can act on abuse, fraud, and rule-breaking. That review process is what keeps repeat offenders out. The reasoning behind it is laid out in is HollaGirl safe.

The controls in your hands

Camera on or off, stay or skip, keep talking or close the tab — the choices are always yours and always one tap away. You can skip account creation entirely, and you can ask support to fix or erase account data through the contact form. Personal information is never sold.
